The purpose of the project was to find out how the company can restructure its strategies to get better results.
Data was collected through questionnaire and personal interviews. Sample size was 55 and the scope of study included organizations in the engineering, apparels and spices industry sanitation and marble showrooms.
Findings reveal that there was an utter problem of mishandling during loading and unloading and the manner in which the truck drivers behave with the clients.
I suggested the company to give training to the drivers on behavioral traits and etiquette. Special Work Groups for loading and unloading should be created for the purpose.
